Cancellation Policy:

There is no charge for rescheduling  or cancellation of unpaid appointments made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations/rescheduling less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.  Less than 48 hours notice prevents the time slot from being accessed by another client. Please contact Healthy Body & Mind Therapies directly with your circumstances.

Cancellations for ANY prepaid appointment will only be refunded the balance of the payment minus processing charges. These charges are directly from the credit card company processing your payment at time of booking and are equal to 2.1% + £0.20. Upon cancellation, to receive a refund, clients must either provide bank details to receive a bank transfer of the payment owed, or agree to pay an invoice for said fees, plus a processing fee of 2.5% on the fee amount prior to receiving a refund. This policy exists to prevent me from having to pay because you have changed your mind and allows me to break even with no profit to me whatsoever.

No Shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

Clients who No Show without cancellation will be required to prepay for future appointments.

If the cancelled/rescheduled/No Show appointment was prepaid, the payment will not be refunded.

 

If the appointment was set to be paid at venue this fee will be collected prior to services being rendered at the beginning of the next prepaid set appointment.

 

Any cancellation fee as well as full payment for the amount of a new session must be paid prior to receiving any further treatments.

Repeated cancellations or multiple rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may result in being refused future service.
